Seminar: LED Cutting-edge Technology and Innovative Products Design
LED is highly promising, however it has a long way to go. LED price is 5-10 times that of traditional lighting, which is a great barrier for commercialization. In December 2009, UL8750 standards were released, while national and regional standards will be released accordingly. This places higher standards and on LED application designs. Lower cost and better quality presents bigger challenge for LED designs. OFweek, therefore, will organize “Seminar on Cutting-edge Technolgoy and Innovative Products Design ”, where application design and innovation will be addressed.
The challenges in LED application design include: heat management, power supply system and control system, while LED display, LED lighting and LED backlighting are three main applications. Designs in these three areas will be explored to target the trend in this field.
Speakers come from renowned international and local enterprises. They are highly experienced in R & D.
